Are you surprised??? Carrington's are moving AGAIN! :)

Are you serious, Mom??? There's white stuff on this picture... hmmm... what is that?
Yes, our family is headed to Colorado. Matt was promoted and will be the Sales Dept. Head at a brand new club in Westminster, CO. (located just N/NW of Denver) Timing is a little fast for us, as we need to be there May 1. So, I resigned my teaching position as of last week, and we are on a mission of packing and finding a new home. :) I think I have the packing thing down pat! Thank goodness the company is providing movers this time! WAHOO! :) Denver here we come!

OH MY GOODNESS!!!

Okay, so yes, I do like to write in these blogs a lot... well this is just amazing! Yesterday, I went to pick Tatum up from Infant Care at the gym after my workout, and Heather, one of the girls that just adores Tatum, said that while Tatum was holding onto her hands, she took a couple of steps... WHAT? No Way! She is only 7 months old now (today)... so I sat on the floor, let Tatum stand herself up, and what do ya know.... there she goes- started taking a few steps. So last night right before I got her ready for bed, I called in her Aunt Liz, and we sat on the floor and Tatum just went crazy! She was walking and saw how excited we got, she would bounce down and up and take more steps. IT WAS AMAZING! We hold her hands, and she doesn't have complete balance control yet, but I can not believe that she is walking! WOW!!! Our little one is growing up waaaay too fast!

Standing up

Tatum loves to climb and pull herself to standing! It's pretty amazing because it seems so easy to her now. She simply puts her arms up, we place our hands in front of her to grab, and without our assistance, she pulls herself up! I cannot believe how she moves! She does not like to stay still and is very observant of her environment. Last Friday, March 7th, Tatum decided to just start talking like crazy! Her words are lalalalaladadadada... translation: I love daddy. Tatum absolutely loves to see herself in the mirror and bathtime is always a good time! The bathroom ends up soaked, but eh, that's why there is no carpet in there! ;)

Ready for March Madness Baby!!!

DAD!!! I'm ready for the game!!! I'm getting some munchies, then I'll be waiting for you!

Off to the Zoo

So Miss Tatum LOVES the dogs, so we thought we would take a trip to the zoo and see how she likes bigger animals! We found that she likes her stroller and is a bit too young for the zoo animals. We had fun anyway... here are some pictures from the day... do not mind the glasses- I had a nice case of pink eye.. YUCK!
