I like this dog...

Tatum just LOVES hunter! They like to check each other out all the time... Hunter is really good with her and she just squeals when she sees him. It's so much fun!

I took her outside this evening to lay on a blanket and she loved it outside! She was just checking everything out that she could see- the pool, the bushes, the airplanes flying over head, the blue sky- with pink (the sun was setting).... she is just soaking things up like a sponge right now! She is just learning like crazy and exploring her environment. She absolutely LOVES to roll over onto her stomach then push herself up onto her hands and be 'busted'- she just laughs when she thinks we catch her on her tummy! She is just hilarious! Anyway, here is a picture of us from today... we were laying on the floor playing. Let me tell you, it gets harder and harder to leave this house and head to work!

So, every month on the 18th, I like to take a picture (or two... or three... or well, you get the point) of Tatum to see how much she has changed.... here are some from today... it was her first experience sitting on grass... take a look:

What does Tatum do with her free time?

Well, Miss Tatum turns 6 months tomorrow! WOW! As everyone has informed me, time flies, but I've definitely enjoyed every second so far! She just gets cuter and funnier each day! I really don't know what we did with all of our time before Tatum came along! Anyway, tonight Tatum started 'scooting'. She didn't think it was important to move forward, but instead, began scooting backward! Of course, once I grab the camera, she was done! She likes to just stare at the camera instead of continuing to do what she was doing.... The video attached was from tonight when dad came home from work... this is what we like to do in our free time... it's usually a battle, who can pt ptptptpt the longest with the most saliva! LOL.... the things that we now get a kick out of! Enjoy!

Superbowl time in AZ

Wow has time been flying by! The past few weeks have been awesome and crazy here in Phoenix! With the Superbowl and the FBR (golf tournament), there were quite a few extra people running around here! It was pretty awesome! Our little family joined Jermaine Dye at his house to watch the Superbowl... for those of you who do not know, he won the 2005 World Series MVP for the White Sox. (Matt knows him from the gym) Following the Superbowl, we were invited to a Black Tie event where we met Ray Lewis (Baltimore Ravens) and Hines Ward (Steelers). It was definitely a fun day!

Now comes the interesting info.... Tatum... wow! She is just an amazing little girl! As her Aunt Liz said to Tatum today, 'the world is a better place with you'. She definitely makes our world better! It's amazing how such a small person can make everything 'okay'. Her favorites right now: SWEET POTATOES! (She's excited to have Aunt Sandy's!), carrots, squash, peas- well, they are o.k., not her fave... Her favorite drink is milk, she loves dogs, especially Hunter (who knows why?), she enjoys hiking, and JUMPING! She sits on her own and plays with her toys, and is almost crawling! Her smile and laugh just light up any room! Her major favorite is her daddy! She is definitely already a daddy's girl! He walks in the house from work, and wow... she goes nuts! It's awesome to see!
