Lo and Pock 'relax' in Denver! HA!

So, you thought you'd go on 'vacation'??? As long as your definition of vacation does not include the words relax or rest... You're on! :) So, grandparents formerly known as Lola and Pocky (now Lo and Pock) came to visit us over Labor Day weekend. Tatum and Kalina definitely kept them busy. I'm pretty sure from the moment they walked into the house to the moment they left, Tatum had them going from one activity to another... from playing Play-doh, drawing with markers on pants, ope, I mean on the easel, going to the waterpark, zoo, park.... I'm sure I've left some out... but we had a great visit and Tatum asked on the morning that they left "Where'd my friends go?"... and later said "I'm going to IN and picking them up in my car and bringing them back" ... so, look out Lo and Pock, relax now while you can, but you have a three year old on her way to come pick you up!

My, Pocky, what BIG HANDS you have!

Pocky B and Grandma Birt Strike Again!

We had a nice visit with Grandma Birt and Pocky B in August. We were able to have our first celebration of T's birthday with them, checked out the Red Rocks Ampitheatre, took a short hike, and relaxed at the nearby park... oh, and Matt and I were able to leave the house TOGETHER!!! :D We actually got in the car and drove away without any little ones with us... wow...

Silly faces :D

Welcome, Alivia Marie!

Babies, Babies, everywhere babies!!! As Tatum says, our house is full of babies! :) Auntie Liz had her baby on August 2nd, and we are finally adjusting to two babies in the house! Alivia is a little cutie with a head FULL of hair! Crazy hair as we refer to it around here! Welcome, sweet niece... Thank you, Liz for inviting me to be your 'birthing coach', it was definitely one of the most amazing experiences. Thank you for letting me 'cut the cord', as well.... wow.... simply amazing. No words can describe how it feels to witness the miracle of a new life coming into the world.
